At VeyroTech, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Please note that shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, incorrect address information, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an incorrect address after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Tracking

Tracking information may take some time to update after the package has been accepted by the carrier.

VeyroTech is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after the package has been shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once tracking confirms that a package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, VeyroTech is generally not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier and notify us so we can assist when possible.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If an order is returned to VeyroTech because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the package and the product and contact us as soon as possible.
